Privacy information
Your data, used to handle your enquiry.
Privacy notice for personal data · original form notice version: 7 October 2026. English translation prepared on 29 October 2026.
Who processes the data
The controller is IFC S.r.l., Italian VAT and tax number 03344000132, with registered office at Via Statale per Lecco 49, 22100 Como, Italy. For information or requests about your data: manutenzione@ifcimpianti.com, telephone +39 031 282452. Certified email (PEC): ifc.srl@mypec.eu.
Quotations and contacts
The Italian Contact form collects name, email, town, optional telephone number, service and message so that we can respond and send a copy of the enquiry. In the quotation tool we use contact details, details of the customer and system, the property address and the notes you enter to prepare a quotation, send you a copy and contact you. Optional tax details can be provided later, before any invoicing. Do not include health data or unnecessary confidential information in the notes.
The processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Fields marked * are necessary to handle a request through the form; you can also contact us by telephone. We do not use these data for advertising. The calculated quotation is indicative and is checked by the office: it does not constitute an automated decision with legal effects.
These descriptions refer to the Italian forms and quotation tool. The English Contact page provides contact links and does not submit an English form.
Who receives the enquiry
The summary is sent to the company mailboxes authorised by IFC to handle enquiries and to the email address provided by the enquirer. The public contact address remains manutenzione@ifcimpianti.com. Authorised IFC staff have access. Hosting and email are provided respectively by Aruba and Google Workspace, which may process data to deliver and protect their services under the applicable agreements. The data are not made public.
Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service and agreements in force. You can ask IFC for information on the safeguards used.
WhatsApp and Google
The WhatsApp button is an external link: it does not load WhatsApp widgets or scripts on this site and opens the chat only when clicked. The pre-filled message is sent only after you confirm it in WhatsApp. If you choose contact by WhatsApp, we will use the number for the enquiry and appointment; you can change that preference by contacting us. Telephone contact remains available. The reviews link opens the IFC profile on Google: no Google widget or review system is loaded automatically in this version. External services have their own privacy notices.
Addresses and road distance
Only after the optional consent to “Suggerimenti indirizzo Google” (Google address suggestions) and pressing the search button are the search text and technical connection data sent to Google Maps Platform. If road-distance calculation is active, we send Google Routes only the property address to estimate travel, even if you typed it manually. We do not send your name, telephone number, email, tax code or system notes to these services.
Road-distance calculation is used to prepare the quotation you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); optional suggestions are based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn in cookie preferences. You can select a declared distance before completing the address and ask IFC to check it. Postcode and town must be confirmed: one postcode can cover several places. Google Maps terms and Google privacy information apply. Route technical information is temporarily held in the session; the submitted quotation contains the calculated distance and surcharge. IFC checks address, coverage and amounts before confirming.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept by the office for 12 months after the last contact, unless there is a documented need to protect a legal right. If an engagement follows, contractual and tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods. The site does not create a browsable customer archive: complete data are in the correspondence of the office and customer.
Necessary cookies, security and statistics
The Italian Contact and Quotation forms use a technical session cookie called ifc_request to protect submission and recognise repeated attempts. The administration panel uses a session reserved for the administrator, with a maximum duration of 8 hours and a 30-minute inactivity timeout. Security is based on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against users’ rights. Optional services are described below and in the cookie notice.
Submission protection retains an identifier derived from the IP address for about one hour to limit abuse; the attempt’s technical state remains in the server’s temporary session without the complete customer record. The hosting provider may retain technical logs under its own terms.
When active, the internal counter keeps only daily counts per page and the number of requests handed to the email service, for 90 days. Older counts are removed when the site is used or statistics are opened; when the service is discontinued IFC arranges removal of the archive. It does not record IP addresses, visitor identifiers, referring URLs or form data. It counts loads, including repeated loads, and does not identify individual people. IFC can disable these statistics.
Optional Google Analytics statistics
When IFC enables the service, Google Analytics 4 (property G-RRX7E7GJFK) activates only after consent to the Statistics category. The legal basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusal does not restrict browsing or quotations. We measure visited pages and the number of real requests successfully sent. We do not send form contents, names, emails, telephone numbers, property addresses, notes or request identifiers to this service. Page addresses are transmitted without query parameters or fragments; only the origin site is transmitted as the referrer.
Google processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers, visit data and technical device characteristics and receives the IP address for the connection. The data are therefore not anonymous at collection. IFC does not enable Google Signals, advertising links, User-ID or ad personalisation. Retention configured for user and event data is 2 months without renewal at each activity; aggregated reports may have different retention under the service. Cookies set by this site expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. You can withdraw consent at any time through cookie preferences and request deletion where provided by law; withdrawal does not automatically delete data already sent.
The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with involvement of group companies, including in the United States. Transfers use the instruments applicable to the service and recipient, such as the EU–US framework for certified recipients or standard contractual clauses. See Google privacy information, data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. You can ask IFC for information and a copy of the applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing by writing to manutenzione@ifcimpianti.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
