The choice is yours

Optional services are blocked on the first visit. “Accept all” enables the available categories; “Reject all” or × keeps only necessary tools. “Customise” allows separate choices, with boxes initially unchecked. Scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute acceptance. Refusal does not prevent using the site, entering an address manually or requesting a quotation. We do not use IFC advertising tools.

You can change or withdraw your choices through cookie preferences.

Tools used by the site

  • ifc_request — IFC technical cookie for form security and the quotation-calculation session. Duration: browser session; server-side technical state is temporary. Consent: not required.
  • IFC_ADMIN_* (administrator session) — Only in the restricted area, for IFC authentication and security. Duration: maximum 8 hours; inactivity 30 minutes. Consent: not required.
  • ifc_consent_v2 — First-party IFC browser local storage. It keeps notice version, date, expiry and choices, without form data or a personal identifier. It documents preferences on the device. Duration: valid for 6 months, removed or replaced on the first visit after expiry. Consent: not required, as it is necessary to remember the choice.
  • _ga, _ga_RRX7E7GJFK — Cookies on the IFC domain read by Google Analytics 4: pseudonymous identifier and session state for visit statistics. Duration: 180 days without automatic renewal, unless deleted sooner. Consent: optional Statistics category.
  • Google Maps / Places — External Google service for address suggestions. It sends search text and technical connection data to Google. It loads after separate consent and an explicit request in the form. Duration: service in the page; any Google cookies depend on browser/account type and settings. Consent: optional Google address suggestions category.

Google services

The provider for EEA users is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may involve companies and infrastructure outside the EEA. Purposes, legal bases and safeguards are explained in the privacy notice. Activating Maps may allow Google to read its existing cookies, depending on browser and account. Google describes, among others, NID (preferences, 6 months), SOCS (cookie choices, 13 months) and AEC (security, 6 months). These examples do not mean IFC installs all of them: the service’s actual technologies may vary. See Google’s published cookie list and durations and Google privacy information.

Google Routes distance calculation happens server-side for the quotation without loading Maps suggestions or Analytics cookies in the browser: the property address is transmitted. You can select a declared distance before completing the address. External review and WhatsApp links do not load widgets on this site: the external service’s terms apply when you open it.

Change or withdraw your preferences

Cookie preferences are available at the bottom of every page. Choices apply to this browser: they are normally not requested again before 6 months, unless there are substantial changes or browser data are deleted. Withdrawal stops subsequent loads and deletes accessible Analytics cookies on the IFC domain. If an optional service has already loaded, the page reloads to stop it: unsent form data will be lost. IFC cannot delete cookies belonging to Google domains; you can remove them through browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s privacy settings. If you prevent preferences being stored, the banner may reappear. Disabling technical cookies may prevent secure submission of enquiries.

Internal statistics without identifiers

The internal IFC counter uses only daily aggregated counts per page and submission, retained for 90 days. It does not use cookies, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or form contents. It is separate from Google Analytics.
