Heating and AC services for Lake Como holiday homes

A clear request helps organise the next step. Whether you are staying in a property, own it or manage several rentals, IFC checks the equipment, location and availability before confirming any visit.

For guests: start with the host or manager

Let the host or property manager know what service is needed and coordinate any proposed visit with them. A guest enquiry does not authorise work at someone else’s property.

In the first message, include the town and say whether you need maintenance or an assessment of a fault.

For owners: plan the work and access

For planned maintenance, tell us the town, type and number of units and the periods when access could be arranged. If you know the make/model, include it.

If the property is occupied, coordinate access with the people responsible for it. IFC must check availability and the quotation before confirming the appointment.

For managers and agencies: explain the portfolio

List the towns, properties and types of systems in general terms. Distinguish routine maintenance from a fault or repair request so each can be assessed correctly.

Tell us which locations need attention, who can arrange access and who approves the work. The office will confirm scope, quotation and appointment availability for each request.

Lake Como locations are checked individually

For properties in Como, Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno, Laglio, Brienno, Argegno, Bellagio or Menaggio, ask the office to check coverage and technician availability. Requests are coordinated from IFC’s Como office.

Where included in the selected maintenance package, the call-out covers up to 20 km by road, one way, from Via Statale per Lecco 49, Como. Any travel charge is checked for the property address before confirmation. This allowance does not automatically apply to repairs, heat-pump work or a tailored quotation.

Make the first message practical

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–12:00 and 13:30–18:00, local time in Italy. We normally get back to you within 24–48 hours. Weekend enquiries are picked up from Monday. Visits depend on technician availability; this is not an emergency service.

For help in English, email IFC or send a WhatsApp message using the contact details on this site. Telephone assistance is in Italian.

Common questions

I am a guest. Can I book work directly?

Contact the host or property manager first and coordinate any proposed visit with them. Sending an enquiry does not authorise work or confirm an appointment.

I own a holiday home but live elsewhere. Can I make an enquiry?

Yes. Describe the town, system and service needed, and explain who could coordinate access. The office checks coverage, availability and the quotation before confirming a visit.

Can I request maintenance before the holiday season?

You can request planned maintenance and suggest access periods. IFC must check availability; this is not a promise of a particular date or a priority contract.

Can an agency ask about several apartments?

Tell IFC the towns, number of properties and types of systems. Separate maintenance needs from repair requests. A tailored assessment is required rather than multiplying a domestic package across all properties.

Do you guarantee visits in Bellagio, Menaggio or every lakeside town?

No blanket coverage is promised. Ask the office to check the property address and technician availability. Naming a town here does not mean a local office or a visit without a travel charge.

Does a Lake Como address qualify for the 20 km included call-out?

Not automatically. Where the selected existing maintenance package includes it, the allowance is based on one-way road distance from Via Statale per Lecco 49, Como. The property address and any travel charge need to be checked.
